Dispatch Times:

Peninsular Malaysia: 1-3 business days

East Malaysia: 3-5 business days

Please note that dispatch times may be subject to change without prior notice. This is to ensure the safety of our warehouse team and align with the courier schedule. Rest assured, if there are any issues or delays with your order, we will promptly communicate with you to provide updates. For pre-orders, we will keep you well-informed through regular email updates until your items are ready for shipment.

Expedited Delivery in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley

We understand your eagerness to receive the playmats you have ordered quickly, especially within 24 hours in the Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley areas. To expedite the process, we offer a convenient self-pickup option.

 Self-Pickup Option:

  • Select the "self-pickup" option during checkout.
  • Book the pickup yourself through Grab, Lala Move, or any other method of your choice.
  • You will receive a message / an email from our warehouse team.
  • Provide your parcel number during the pickup process for a smooth and efficient experience.

Kindly note that by selecting the self-pickup option, you are responsible for arranging the pickup and ensuring the safe transportation of your playmats.

Combined Orders of In-Stock and Pre-Order Items:

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order items become available.
  • This ensures all your products arrive together in a single delivery for your convenience.
  • If you prefer your in-stock items to arrive earlier, we recommend placing two separate orders - one for in-stock items and another for pre-order items. This way, we can dispatch your in-stock items without delay.

Shipping Rates:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: At Buds and Bear, we are thrilled to announce that we are providing FREE SHIPPING to all of Peninsular Malaysia as our commitment to serving you better.
  • Sabah / Sarawak: RM146.30

Shipping Policy for International Deliveries

  • Taxes, Duties, and Additional Charges: We kindly remind you that taxes, duties, and additional charges may apply to international deliveries. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs regulations and are not included in the shipping cost at the time of purchase.
  • Recipient Responsibility: As the recipient, you are responsible for all customs formalities and additional charges associated with your order. Upon arrival in the destination country, you will receive a separate request for payment of these charges. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the specific amounts as they are determined by the customs authorities.
  • Delivery Time and Delays: International delivery may take over a week, and delays can occur after customs clearance. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise during the shipping process.
  • Returns and Refunds: We value your satisfaction. For certain circumstances, we offer returns and refunds as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. If you have any concerns, please refer to our policy for detailed information.
  • Order Collection: Our courier partners collect orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Rest assured, we work diligently to get your orders ready for shipment.
  • Pre-Ordered Products: Different delivery schedules may apply for pre-ordered products. Be sure to check the product page or your order confirmation email for the estimated delivery timeframe.
  • Shipping Rates: To provide transparency, here are the shipping rates to destinations outside of Malaysia (excluding taxes, fees, customs duty, levies, etc.):
    • Brunei: RM 363.00
    • Indonesia: RM 349.90
    • Singapore: RM 305.70
