Warranty Information: Peace of Mind Guaranteed!

Warranty Coverage: Your playmat is covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects that may have occurred during the production process and are discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. Each playmat is marked with a unique identification code to trace the manufacturing process.

Not Covered by the Warranty: It's important to note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper usage, stains from colouring or ink (including food and fruits), or any damage caused by you. Additionally, it does not cover
damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper storage conditions, sun exposure, lightning, natural disasters, floods, commercial use, or modification.

Pattern Variation and Colour Differences: Please understand that due to the repetitive pattern on the playmats, placing two mats side by side will not result in a continuous pattern across both mats. The colours may also appear slightly different from your computer screen due to various factors such as lighting and individual computer settings. Please note that these variations are not covered by the warranty.

Additional Terms NOT Covered: Our warranty does not cover instances such as misuse, abuse, negligence, improper storage conditions, sun exposure, lightning,
natural disasters, commercial use, or damage caused by improper care.
Modifications made to the playmat, including cutting it to a different size or any changes made by users, are also not covered. For proper cleaning instructions, please refer to our Care Guide available in your packaging and in our post-purchase email.

Filing a Claim: If you believe your playmat has manufacturing defects or damage covered under the warranty, please email hello@budsandbear.com within seven days of the issue arising. Include proof of purchase, details of the issue, and relevant photos. Buds and Bear, along with the manufacturer, reserves the right to determine the validity of the claim. If the warranty applies, a replacement will be offered within the first six months (subject to stock availability). In the second six months, a 50%
refund will be provided. Please note that shipping and transportation fees will not be refunded. For more information, please refer to our comprehensive Terms and Conditions.
