Refund policy

At Buds and Bear, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we have a hassle-free return policy in place. Please take a moment to review our guidelines:

Please note that while we strive for accurate product representations on our website, variations in color perception may occur due to screen differences. Therefore, we're unable to accept returns solely based on color variations between the product received and its appearance on a computer screen. We recommend referring to the written product descriptions and reaching out to our customer support team at hello@budsandbear.com with any color-related concerns before placing your order.

Now, let's go over our return policy in detail:

1. The playmat must be unused and in its original condition, including all original packaging (both inner and outer protective packaging), intact and as it arrived to you. We prioritize hygiene to ensure the safety and comfort of little ones.

2. Kindly check and inspect the playmat upon delivery before putting it to use. If you notice any imperfections, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the items. Requests made more than 7 days after receiving the items will not be accommodated.

3. For Sale items, please send a return request to us within 24 hours of recorded delivery.

4. The return process must be initiated within 30 days from the date of your order, starting from the moment you received your confirmation order.

5. For customers in Malaysia, we offer a convenient pick-up service within 1-3 days after you inform us in email: hello@budsandbear.com. However, please be aware that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which includes an additional RM 6 for our warehouse service and inspection.

6. If a Product has been delivered to you or they are already out for delivery, before you decide to cancel your Order, unless the Product is faulty (manufacturing damage) or not as described (wrong designs), you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us.

7. The original shipping costs are not refunded.

8. If an order is rejected or canceled while the product is already out for delivery, or it has been returned due to failed delivery and/or failed collection, we may impose additional costs deducted from the refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of resending the order after it is returned to us.

9. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the items are received in a condition that does not meet our specified Terms and Conditions.

10. Kindly be informed that sale items, Gift Cards, and Vouchers are not eligible for return or change for cash.

11. The amount paid by you shall be refunded once we receive your returned order and might be subjected to some deductions if we found out the goods are returned with damages and in unacceptable condition.

12. We shall make our best endeavour to refund the amount paid within fourteen (14) days of  receiving the return.

13. Please be advised that, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our "Products" and "Returns" policies, we would like to inform our valued customers that we are unable to accept returns solely based on claims of colour discrepancies. We acknowledge that variations in colour perception may occur due to variations in screen representation and lighting conditions.

14. It is important to note that this policy does not restrict or impede your right to cancel your order and initiate a return. However, all associated costs and return criteria as specified in our policies shall apply to such cases.
